Our client, a biotech company in Waltham, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team. This role will work directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule onsite interviews and phone screens, arrange travel for visiting candidates, schedule conference calls, coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide materials for the meetings. The ideal candidate will be an organizational guru with great attention to detail, work effectively with candidates and stakeholders, possess great communication skills and can shift gears at a moment's notice. This role can pay up to $20/hour based on experience and is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
