Certified Public Accountant with minimum ten years auditing experience in the public accounting field. This is a position for a creative individual with initiative, leadership qualities and history of success. The position leads to partnership within four to five years to replace retiring partner. - Audit planning with the client - Develop detail audit plan; direct the engagement at the client; present audit report and management letter to Board of Directors, finance committee or audit committee. - Utilize ProFx Engagment Program and continue to build paperless system - Utilize ProFx Tax to process returns. - Client industries served include: Legal Services, Construction, Health Care Research, Clinical and Psychotherapy services, ERISA audits, Government audits for not-for-profits and city/town redevelopment agencies, Broker/dealer audits reporting under FINRA, SEC surprise audits, Retail, Architectural industry and Information and Marketing Research Industry. - Firm provides audit, review and compilation services as well as consulting, tax preparation and planning services.
