We are a building services and construction company that focuses today on HVAC mechanical systems and services. We need to develop new service offerings for our existing customer base plus find and attract new customers. Increasingly customers expect more from their service providers, such as: automated controls, vertical waste management, engineering, energy management, general consulting, new technologies and applications, etc.The successful sales representative will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. The successful candidate also understands that his/her role includes keeping our customers satisfied, even if it means working outside of the job description.ResponsibilitiesGet the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations, customer networking, managing existing accounts, etc)Estimating and developing sales proposalsForecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectivenessEvaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationshipsMeet personal and team sales targetsResearch accounts and generate or follow through sales leadsAttend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developmentsReport and provide feedback to management using financial statistical dataManage a sale through completion (including collections)Ultimately, be accountable for customer satisfactionMaintain and expand client database within the assigned territoryRequirementsProven HVAC sales and service experienceStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf motivated and drivenBuilding products or construction sales experienceCompensation$90,000-100,000 plus commissions
