This person reports to the VP Product Marketing and focuses on driving the market success of the solutions and products associated to the Intapp Professional Services platform. The ideal person for this role will drive the execution of a solution-oriented go-to-market strategy based on serving the needs of its buyer segments. The Intapp Professorial Services platform helps firm partners drive more revenue, operate profitably, manage risk and compliance, and deliver client success.
The Product Marketing Senior Director will build a team of solution-oriented product marketers to develop audience-based positioning and messaging that builds awareness, preference, and loyalty across our campaigns. This person will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth and market leadership. As part of your responsibilities, you will represent Intapp at industry events, sales and partner meetings.
As the leader of Product Marketing for Intapp's products and solutions, you are expected to understand the range of trends, challenges, alternatives and differentiators that impact our market success. With this insight, you will serve as a voice of the product both in the market and back into Intapp by leading the definition of the customer journey, buyer personas, messaging and positioning, competitive analysis, and monetization strategy.
Responsibilities
* Build a high-performing team of solution-oriented product marketers.
* Thought leader and expert in enterprise application software that powers the professional services sector including CRM.
* Lead go-to-market execution for our solutions and influence how we prioritize and win target markets, product categories, and buyer segments.
* Partner with the Senior Director of Content Strategy to develop positioning, messaging, and content
* Oversee launch activities and go-to-market strategies for bringing product enhancements to market.
* Partner with the Sellers and Product Managers to articulate product/feature roadmap, enable the sales team, and create assets to support the sales process.
* Maintain a key eye on market trends, evaluating customer needs, and prioritizing activities with product management.
Qualifications
* Demonstratedexperience in creating and growing demand.
* Intellectual curiosity about the technology and business of professional services
* Proven ability to inspire, lead and coach team of product marketers.
* Product Marketing background, experience building positioning, packaging/pricing, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement
* Demonstrated thought leadership ininternal and external presentations and prospect engagements.
* Ability to define and monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and win/loss details to help Intapp maintain a leadership position.
* Extensive experience developing and launching new products across a complex, multi-product offering.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including creative written content (sales tools) and giving presentations to large audiences at conferences/seminars.
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
* Background in industries with regulatory and compliance requirements such as accounting, finance, and legal is a plus.
* Willing to travel 10%.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
* A minimum of 8 years in Product Marketing.
* Experience marketing Enterprise Application software: at least 5 years' experience marketing applications such as CRM and/or Professional Services Automation (PSA) or ERP is ideal.
* Demonstrated expertise and success in developing compelling product/solutions messaging that delivers clear benefits and differentiation.
* Demonstrated success and experience in creating and growing demand.
* Experience with both SaaS and On-Premise Software businesses.
* Strong writing skills, analytic acumen, data and content synthesis for presentation, education, and reporting.
* Articulate, strong presentation-writing and delivery skills and decision-making ability.
* Strength working well with a wide range of people. Both customer interface and cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and other key stakeholders.
Beneficial but not required:
* Experience marketing to or worked in the Professional Services market (large Legal, Accounting, Consulting firms).
* An advanced degree.
* Salesforce.com and Tableau experience.
