This is a varied and challenging role that is highly consultative and collaborative and requires a solid understanding of learning principles and practices.The successful candidate will possess a combination of skills in client consulting, relationship management, and project implementation. This is a client-facing role with much of the time being spent onsite at client locations.What Youll Be Doing:Supporting the sales team in securing new ILS business leads and growing our existing ILS accountsConfirming course and program details with clients, instructors, and internal resourcesCoordinating training logisticsCoordinating travel plans with external instructorsEntering participants into Intuitions proprietary learning management systemMonitoring online course and exam completionProducing reports using proprietary applicationsProcessing invoices related to client engagementsComposing evaluation surveys, monitoring responses, analysing data and reporting back on themes and recommended actionsDeveloping a general knowledge of course content and process over timeWorking with the CEO to define the future direction of our classroom businessDefining and executing business strategies in the US regarding ILS businessExpanding digital solutions selling within existing accountsPresenting our solutions and capabilities at conferencesResponding to major RFPs to win new businessWorking closely with the SVP ILS to expand ILS and digital awareness across existing and new accounts.Desired Skills & Experience:Be a self-starter who can work independently to achieve objectivesExceptional attention to detailAbility to take the initiative in the role and proactively manage stakeholdersAbility to multitaskExcellent analytical skillsRequirements:An appropriate third-level qualification in a business-related disciplineExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAmbitious, determined and hard-workingIntuition is an Equal Opportunities Employer
