We are searching for an experienced, full-time Website Designer Specialist that is looking for an opportunity to grow their career and influence the direction of a start-up division for our client. The client is number one in developing and delivering successful customer-focused marketing solutions for the agriculture industry. i3 Digital Agency revolutionizes the way farm equipment dealerships digitally engage with their targeted audiences.

Job Summary:

As the Website Designer Specialist you will over the website and design strategies for our clients.

You will be responsible for the design, maintenance, deployment, and optimization of clients sites, and serve as the graphic artist for all creative asset needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

' BA from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

' Extensive portfolio of launched websites

' Expertise utilizing WordPress platform

' Experience with Magento a plus

' Responsible for all aspects of i3's website offerings ranging from being the subject matter expert for i3 website offering to support our sales organization and our clients.

' Responsible for preselling and consulting with clients to post sales optimization and management.

' Responsible for expanding new site templates, technical SEO optimizations, analytics, and conversion tracking implementation.

' Responsible for coordinating and delivering creative asset requests, including social media graphics across multiple platforms, IAB standard adverts and display ad, rich media ad development, rich media content layouts, etc

' Support relationships with our vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure we hit our revenue goals.

' Be a contributor to the development of presentations and comfortable with talking to clients as needed.

Key Skills Set:

' Proficiency in Wordpress and Magento platforms, including installation, design, and optimization.

' Knowledgeable in conversion centered web design, and conversion rate optimization.

' Knowledgeable in SEO best practices, and site structure.

' Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery, and PHP back-end development.

' Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).

' Experience dealing with code versioning tools, such as Git.

' Experience in using and configuring GTM for event-based conversion tracking.

' Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

' Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
