We believe that the best way to make sure our consultants are always learning and getting better is to create an environment in which it is safe to ask questions and learn from one another.If you like working with smart, engaged and passionate colleagues, who truly care about quality delivery, come and join our team!Specific Skills Needed:A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, with good TM1 Rules and Turbo Integrator development knowledge.With reference to TM1 Rules, must have a complete understanding of relationship between rules and feeders, external cube references, C: and N: level rule differences.With reference to TM1 Turbo Integrator, must have the ability to write Turbo Integrator script from scratch, including building dimension structures, updating attributes, updating cube values, modifying data source subsets and cube views in code, and writing cube to cube processes to perform batch calculations.Have an understanding of TM1 model design good practice, and be able to explain and defend reasoning.Ability to install or upgrade IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics software in (at least) a simple (single server Windows) environment.Have a good working knowledge of Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis business processes.Ability to communicate with a business user to gather or clarify business requirements around financial performance management.Ability to perform day to day project management including contributing to project status meetings and managing task lists to deliverables and deadlines.Ability to produce professional quality design and system documentation.Ability to manage a small team of 1-2 consultants on a project.Provide occasional presales support for the sales organization including demonstrations to prospective customers and startup services for new customers including prototypes and pilot project programs.Demonstrated willingness and aptitude for learning.Develop trusted relationships with client personnel and managers.Be a coach and mentor to your junior peers.Mandatory Skills/ExperienceA Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.Strong knowledge of collecting project requirements and producing documentationStrong analytical, design and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently/self-reliant and show initiative with minimum supervisionAbility to quickly learn new technology and apply appropriately to business situationsStrong team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphereAbility to balance team and individual responsibilitiesAbility to work under pressure; meet strict deadlinesAbility to listen effectively and seek clarificationLocation: Generally Northeast United StatesTravel: Up to 100%Telecommute: Depends on clientMust be currently eligible to work in the United StatesSalary: Determined by experience
