He or she will lead the sales strategy and drive the pursuit while working closely with the CSO, The Executive Team, and our Delivery Team Leads. We are seeking senior sales professionals who want to work in a high-performing culture and an environment that is collaborative, creative, and customer-centric.Develop new clients to expand client base, gain market share, and grow the company.Identify new leads and opportunities for the company.Build and manage sales pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiations.Spend high percentage of his/her time engaging with sales activities such as prospecting, managing request for proposal information, MSA and SOW contract negotiation, client meetings and presentations.Strong self-motivation and independent work skills.Expertise an RSI Colleague will need:Bachelors Degree15 + years prior experience selling IT Services,IT Outsourcing solutions, Custom AppDev, Agile delivery services.Proven skills selling to senior leaders in IT (CIO, VP of IT, Director of IT).Outstanding track record of success in achieving metrics and quotas as an individual contributor in a direct sales environment.Have prior experience working out of a home office covering a multi-state region.Solid experience and knowledge of custom application development (Java, .NET, Open (i.e Angular)), QA & Testing, business intelligence & reporting, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google), DevOps and CI/CD.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills - analytical and creativeAbility to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.Strong commitment to quality and professional service.Why you will enjoy Mondays again:We are different and clients love our story and our modelCompetitive Salary + Lucrative Commission StructureYou work closely with the CSO and VP, Sales Engineering, and the entire Executive team including CEO, COO, CFO and VP of Delivery.This is a sales-driven culture and we are growingMedical, Dental, and Life Insurance Package401(k) PlanSubstantial Paid Time OffAbility to work remotely 70% and travel 30%Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: Rural Sourcing, Inc.
