Position summary
A new position has become available within Rolls-Royce for Business Operations Admin in Power Systems, Tukang, Singapore.
What you will be doing:
- Manage company legal documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing of statutory returns, maintaining statutory registers, and updating corporate records.
- Provide support on business travel arrangements & agendas (frequently at overlapping and mid-to-high level complexity) for RRSA Leadership Team. Maintain familiarity with travel security policies and visa requirements around the globe. Provide travel advice and coordination for overseas visitors (external & internal) who are coming to Singapore.
- Manage EVP’s complex calendars with time zone changes, draft and circulate relevant internal communications. Apply business acumen and anticipate EVP’s needs, by doing first level review and needed clarification before passing the tasks on.
- Be a trusted partner to the EVP and Senior Leaders, acting proactively to ensure seamless daily operations and enabling them to focus on high-value activities and priorities.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all communications and dealings.
- Coordinate and project manage end-to-end large-scale events and meetings involving senior level visitors, Government officials, and valued customers.
- A member of RRSA LiveWell and Health & Safety committees, supporting the planning & organization of employee-level events and engagement activities.
- Responsible for the management of office operations, including ordering supplies and handling all office-related expenses. Ensure spend is within budget and take necessary actions if deviation to budget occurs or is anticipated. Manage external vendors on corporate-level services, provide feedback to upkeep their service quality and compliance to company policies.

- Proven experience working with Senior Leaders in a highly driven environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing and overlapping priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
